A few months back I went to Indonesia with, PHENOMENAL Photographer, sir Joey Lawrence and  Willem aka Rambo’s Son.  Well before Indonesia happened I flew to New York to shoot a couple of music videos for Joey as well as his new photo DVD.  He had showed me a couple songs he had mastered up with friends Will, Kent, and Brayden, as jokes of course. This song is understood by geeks and tech nerds, which by my standards is just awesome.  We filmed spontaneously around New York for a couple days and got laughs, puzzled faces, flipped birds, and alot of people shaking their heads.  It was great times.  Joey posted the music video 8 days ago and it is over 200k plays on youtube.  That is bananas.  Enjoy.

If you want better quality, you can watch it on vimeo.
2nd video will be coming soon!

Check out his new DVD HERE.
I don’t know many photographers who this wouldn’t benefit.  Go check out it.
Hope all is well.

My First Film

The last month has been quite the interesting month.  I have never had so much positivity and negativity happen so close together.  I have been in LA all of 12 hours of the past month.  After doing some work for Demon Hunter, I flew to  LA for half a day.  Then flew to Houston  for a Red Bull shoot with Jered Scott.  From there I went back to Seattle for a few days before flying straight to Oklahoma to shoot my current project.

Since last Sunday, Nov 8th, I (along with several others) have filmed non stop.  However we stayed on schedule and got everything done before all the actors and crew flew back to their homes and next jobs.   It was exhausting but it was the most productive shooting I have done and we finished on time.  It was one of the best weeks I have had.  Here are some production stills taken by my great friend and photographer Lane Moss.  The project is still under wraps right now.  I will tell you more as it comes along.  I again want to thank all the actors, crew, and extra’s and everyone who helped make this film happen. You all shined radiantly and I know the final film is going to benefit from your hard work.

Secret

Had to go handheld with the helicopter.  Too hard and time consuming to coordinate moves.

Communication

Group shot from Tulsa Location. Sexy Nathan Old…sexy.

Again I can’t thank you guys enough for your hard work.
I know it was a tough week and all….there was the helicopter, nice cars, car on fire, wine cellar hangs, roller blading busted takes, constant sing alongs, shooting machine guns…but I promise all that “unfun” work is going to pay off.

I can’t even imagine what it’d be like on a Hollywood Movie set. Thanks everyone.  More updates and photos soon!
